We at Pacoima Middle School believe that all students be provided an equal opportunity to learn in a safe, educationally rich, and nurturing environment.

All stakeholders at Pacoima Middle School believe the following standards are necessary to achieve our school mission:

• We will increase student achievement and accountability through interactive, activity-based instruction, while using effective teaching strategies.

• We will provide professional development opportunities to all staff members in order to promote positive teaching and learning experiences.

• We will prepare all students to become college and career ready through greater access to technology-based instruction.

• We will increase parent communication, participation and involvement in the educational process.
